PennDOT question

When did they switch over? About three years ago I used to listen to Lycoming County PENN DOT on the scanner. Now I live in Cambria county and was looking for their frequency.

It has been several years since Penn DOT came over to the OPENSKY. If I had to guess 2007 or 2008.

hmmm interesting i had them on my old home scanner in 2010. lost that # since.

My local freq was last heard active in 2005. They used the truck-to-truck for traffic control for a few years after that.

Some districts held onto the low band longer because of coverage issues with OpenSky but they've all been converted now for years.
