Unless you have a Pennsauken Police radio, you can't listen to them no matter how hard you try. They are encrypted and there is no commercially available scanner that can tune into them. As far as I know all of their channels are encrypted. I don't think they use the public works frequency but that one is analog and in the clear.

How many times have we gone through this discussion with Pennsauken? It doesn't matter how hard you try and what expensive scanner you buy, you can NOT hear them. The only way I could see hearing them would be to have one of their radios.
