I believe pennsauken has disaable their dvp. I've been listening to them in the clear all weekend, ocasionally they switch it on for awhile then switch it off.

Pennsauken PD is operating in analog once again for the time being but will be returning to DES OFB encrypted operations on a permanent basis shortly.
