PHI 3 (Paducah)

Does anyone know if phi 3 freq has changed? I have not heard them in a while now and I use to hear their repeater all the time.

They have not been using the repeater, They have a T-1 Control circuit to talk back to lexington dispatch and that t-1 has been down for about 3 weeks and Bellsouth has not been able to resolve the issue they are in the process or burying about 900 ft of new line to the tower site

Yeah. I seen the call sign locations but it says that the same call sign is at both Ballard and Caldwell county and the map on FCC shows it in Ballard county

You will notice that the same GPS coordinates are given for locations 7 & 9 (Ballard and Caldwell counties). The coordinates actually point to Caldwell Co.

As for the Paducah transmitter, I assume the callsign is WQDS817

Yeah there repeater is in crider caldwell co ky, there base was just moved from the old farrington airbase to a new building beside mercy ems out by the mall in paducah

The repeater willbe relocated to the top of lourdes hospital in the near future
