Philadelphia non-public safety listings

I've been working on reorganizing the Business and Attractions sections of the Philadelphia database. It's a work in progress at the moment, but I am trying to clean it up and make it so entities with a limited footprint have their own subcats so they can eventually be georeferenced properly.

One listed item I'm curious about is the old PES site, now HILCO Redevelopment Partners. Is the old UHF frequency for PES still in use by prperty management folks now running the land redevelopment down there?

If anyone notes anything out of date, please advise.

I will certainly keep my eye on Bucks County, I believe many listings are long depreciated and some still valid. Getting information is not easy as keeping in step with our government, honesty, disclosure and transparency are a thing of the past.

Speaking of which, all evening I've been listening to Bucks County Phase 2 South Fire response and I'm hearing a lot of encryption, that's new.. it's not as if the initial call was Secret Squirrel stuff. If this continues I will submit a report for the database that Bucks County Fire is partially encrypted.

It's not as if we have any press left that actually listens anymore or reports anything but press releases which are usually not accurate or the truth.

I'll do what I can reaching out to hospitals, businesses Etc to confirm information and try to get new listings but nobody's talking anymore. The fish rots from the head down. They are just taking the lead.

While we're at it we can deprecate the old Sugarhouse/Rivers casino NXDN system, they're now CAP+ and fully encrypted. Talkgroup usage may still be the same. @philacop and I made some notes in this thread, just haven't gotten around to making a submission since it's full time "E"

I was able to find out that Research Park incorporated is a real estate management company who operates the University City Science Center at 3675 Market Street. It appears that the science center is the only property they manage in Philadelphia.

The science center is very active and operational with recent news releases and events scheduled in June.

Recently noticed a Bearcom CAP+ system come online, license was good for a only month but expired on June 16, still cycling rest channels as I write this. I'm on the outer fringes of RX in Montco, haven't logged any talkgroups but have mapped it out as follows. Looks to have been an itinerant operation for a large event. GPS coordinates on the fixed base lead to the PA Convention Center
