Anybody in lower Jefferson or upper Plaquemines able to see if Phillips 66 Alliance still is using the P25 system as it is listed in D.B.? They are in the process of shutting the refinery down and converting it to a terminal. It was heavily damaged during IDA and they decided it wasn't worth the cost to repair it due to ongoing anti oil feelings in this country. Just checking. Thanks.
