Phoenix PD on Multiple Interop Channels

Phoenix is using several G Deck and H Deck channels for what appears to be normal traffic. Does anyone know what is going on? Are they having technical problems with their radio system, forcing them to use interop channels?

They made an announcement on the PSAP West TG, but I didn't catch the whole thing. I'm not sure if it's drills/training, or normal ops due to an issue with their TG's. Keep an ear on PSAP West or East, and see if they make further announcements.
