While looking over the Phoenix regional numbering system from the link on the Phx CAD Regional Numbering System.xls (phoenix.gov) I see several fire departments / districts that I don't have frequency info for nor can I find them on the RRDB.

Queen Valley - thought I had a frequency for them but I can't seem to find it and nothing on the DB
Thunderbird Farms
Western Fire
Evergreen Fire
San Manuel - I have heard Gila County SO EMS making reference to them responding on incidents, but no frequency info

Not all private fire districts have signed a Joint Powers / Mutual Aid agreement for dispatch, EMS, and/or FD services. As such, they won't have access to CAD, RWS, or other such services provided by primarily Phoenix FD.

Evergreen Fire District - [?] There is one in Montana and one in Colorado. I can't locate one in Arizona and it may have merged with another FD under a new name.

Queen Valley Fire District - a mixed paid/volly department located roughly halfway between Globe and Mesa.

San Manuel is north of Tucson and would be far better served by a Florence or Tucson based dispatch. Check either Pinal or Pima Counties for dispatch.

Thunderbird Fire District is a volly service and has ~10 firefighters. It serves T-Bird Farms and Hidden Valley in Maricopa, AZ.

Western Fire District appears to be the Casa Grande FD. It may have merged with or disbanded and the service taken over by Casa Grande Fire. They are in Pinal County,

You might consider a road trip out to these communities before it gets hot and verify the frequency usage by these departments, then report them for inclusion into RR.

Yes I think one weekend I'll have to venture out and see if I can pickup anything. I have found a few frequencies on FCC ULS page like John suggested and that will be a good starting point and I'll try the close call on the 125AT to see if anything else comes up.

Evergreen is the former name of Global Aviation Services, which owns (owned?) the 747 Supertanker that was based at the Marana airport.
They may have had some firefighting apparatus for incidents on the airport grounds, which would account for their being assigned apparatus numbers 596-599.
They may very well be defunct, now.

Evergreen, as an aviation company, had a helicopter division, a freighter division, and a small commuter section that didn't last long.. The corporation was being investigated for tax issues and they sold off the rotary wing division about a decade ago. A year later, the corporation declared bankruptcy and was dissolved.

A number of fire authorities and districts have been consolidated statewide in the past decade and Evergreen may have been one of them or it could have been based in Marana [North West Fire District services the area now].

Use this to supplement your search.

Evergreen Fire District - May be part of Casa Grande Fire. Listen for unit numbers 596-599
Queen Valley Fire District - Listen for unit numbers 551-555. Pay attention to these Licensed frequencies:
San Manuel - This should be Pinal County. Listen for unit numbers 681-689. Pay attention to these licensed frequencies as well as Mammoth & Oracle.
Thunderbird Fire District - Likely repeater frequency 153.740(Output)/159.075(Input). Listen for Unit numbers 556-559
Western Fire District - May be part of Casa Grande Fire. Listen for unit numbers 591-595

If you do not find these departments on any frequencies listed in the DB, then no one has confirmed them and submitted to the DB. There are not many submissions for Pinal County and these departments likely don't use the radios much due since they are likely not very active. I'm not going to be much help as I am out of listening range for these departments except when I am mobile.

Create a favorite list with all public service frequencies in Pinal County. Avoid known frequencies that are not these agencies, and focus on the unknown frequencies. Please submit to the DB with what you find.

Gila County is good distance from San Manuel. Are you sure Gila County EMS was not referring to San Carlos Fire in Gila County? San Carlos Fire covers a portion of Gila County.

It's been a while but I think one of the FD's that run on Gila County EMS were going to a MVA on 77 and San Manuel was responding as well. I'd still like to know who all is dispatched on Gila County EMS, Ive heard them dispatch Globe even though Globe seems to have their own frequencies.

I was in Pinal County today, and I caught a dispatch for Queen Valley Fire. Queen Valley Fire was dispatched by Pinal Regional Fire on 154.040 123.0 PL. They were assigned "Channel 23" for a brush fire. Fireground was on 155.8725 127.3 PL. I'll update the DB.
