Chicago Police Department has all blue light bars on their cars (there may be a few with a red light here or there but mostly blue). But yes, I also really like the all blue light bars

Blue ligthbars, but red lights in the back glass.

Blue lightbars. I wish all departemnts would go standard with blue = Don't Pennsylvania use red lights on law Enforcement vehicles, and EMS/Fire is blue? Might be Maryland, But I think it is Penn.

I have no problem with halogen lights of a night. But LED's are best seen / recognized faster, in the day. Especially on those bright summer days..when the sun is high. And the LED takedown / Alley lights on our incident command vehicle is brighter than the past halogen lights.

"Some" departments have a stiff budget to work with when it comes to equipping a vehicle. Simplicity is better. Two radios ( UHF/VHF ) ; versus one dual band ( cost and space ). Lightbars or dash lights. LED or halogen.

I myself. What ever is simple and has the highest possibilty of letting me go home after the shift is over with. Remember - - - There are a number of Law Enforcement officers, Firefighters and EMS workers ran over each year. Some times.......sometimes...Better lighting does work.

Freqs, you got a good deal on that bike sir! I have rarely seen Chelsea PD use those bikes for anything but parades. We'd all appreciate photos if you get a chance.

What was Conyers doing there?

We never had out of staters at our competitions.

Their advisor was from MI and brings the kids up here because they don't have academy or competitions in GA. It was funny because they were excited to see snow for the first time.
