Yesterday (Friday 2/10) morning around 06:15 Phx dispatched several medical assigments and assigned the companys to K4. I just lookied in the database and K4 is not listed. Any ideas on the TG numbers??

Took a quick look at my EZSan Software and K4 and K5 not entered. K2, K3, and K6-K15 entered. However, Sentinel Software shows me the missing pair:
RESCUE K4 Off 1615 EMS-Tac 0sec Off 0
RESCUE K5 Off 1614 EMS-Tac 0sec Off 0
Hmmm??

1615, and 1614 = TGID numbers.

Every FD on the RWC has it's own assigned K-2 through K-5. They're typically used for training and the like. K-2 and K-3 are clear voice. K-4 and K-5 are encrypted. (K-16 is also encrypted for Arson Investigations.)

So we are still missing K4 & K5...... Hummmmmm Big bad secret I guess..LOL
I have sorted out the following over the past year:
K6 = Medical West
K7 = Medical East
K8 = Medical South
K9 = Medical "far" West
K10 to K15 = Medical Tac Channels
L2 Thru L16 = Special Event along with the G Channels on the PD side.

BTW, K-6 is North EMS, (or Medical North, however you choose to designate it). K-7 is East, K-8 is South, K-9 is West.

Glendale FD (particularly E154) does use K-6 a lot, but they respond across 43rd Ave into Phoenix a lot as well. Phoenix E30, E33, E41, etc are all North Phoenix units. They're on K-6.

Good info John.
I'm near I-17 and T-Bird, and most all rescue calls within a few miles are on K9. I have the designations in my alpha tags on all of my scanners. About the only time they actually help me is if Dispatch tells a Unit to switch to K-*, then I am able to jump and hold (if it is something I don't want to miss). This also means that any disagreement among posters/listeners as to which K-deck refers to what area, is pretty much irrelevant to me, lol.
I have not set up anything (correctly) with/for the "New Glendale" data. I will wait until the RRDB gets a little better lock on this (thanks to folks like yourself). What little I have heard was on the WTRP site and not G. Even using the HP-1(E) for analysis and searches, G shows dead for these new TGID's. (for me), while the WTRP site is strong,
