Just heard some woman rambling on about political prisoners, Donald Rumsfeld (sp) and a bunch of other junk about something in AZ. It was on the Private Call side of the State Network and I believe she somehow got ahold of a Trooper, and he kept trying to tell her he was in OK and not AZ. Before I could hit record she was gone.
