PI3 Spyserver Question

Just started using a Pi3 and have a question. Using SDR# Spyserver I have everything working
but when I power up the Pi I have to reseat the usb dongle before it will work. The minute I push
the sdr back into its slot it starts talking to my client computer. I was gonna relocate the Pi outside
closer to the antenna but now I will have to go there and reinsert the usb. Anybody know a fix?

I had setup Dump1090 to run at startup so when I tried to start Spyserver the dongle was busy.
Got to figure out a script to stop Dump1090 and start Spyserver and vice versa or use 2 dongles.
I have no heat sinks or a fan yet so maybe I'll wait till I do. Still learning about the PI's.
