Where's the Montgomery County mass casualty unit coming from? I wasn't aware they had one (or is it one of their pods, from company 31?).

Yah i was definitely wondering what they mean by "PODS"

i believe there were two "ems pods" called on this one.

also, "decon units" were also mentioned...again...no idea what they are. decontamination? i suppose they'd be stocked with boards and other supplies useful for mass casualty incidents.

The PODs are kept at Company 31 since U.S.A.R. is based out of their.

The pods are basically dumpster bodies that have had a roof and an interior added to them to make them small warehouses on wheels (much like the PODS [portable on demand storage?] that are commercially available to move a residence; you pack the pod and they move it for you).

You can also get the general idea here.

Decon (decontamination units) are also on the rise; almost all, I believe, have been purchased as a part of the COG.

*edit* Sorry for the delayed post; I was working on it, then left, now came back and finished it up.
