Looking at the db there is bunch of fd trs simils. If you had to pick 3, one for each county, which would you suggest?

I live in lower south jersey and sometimes can pu de.

Depends on where in SNJ you are, but I would go with Talleyville (460.600 PL179.9) for New Castle. The audio is a little low but it's about the best of them that I can find.

The one from the county dispatch building on Rt. 13 is 453.050 and it works well too, but it has a lot of digital interference.

Unfortunately it does not -- Wilmington did operate a separate repeater (154.145) roughly 5 or 6 years ago but that has since gone away.
