PINPOINT APRS, it works good but I cannot find how to bring up the APRS MESSAGE WINDOW. I had it a few years back and remember it had a small WINDOW

I have down loaded PINPOINT APRS

I cannot find how one sends a APRS MESSAGE. I had it a year or so back AND IT DOES have a WINDOW saying send/receive messages, BUT CANNOT figure how to get the window up.
Any help appreciated.

PinPoint is a labor of love by Frank Watervoort, AB0WV and is still under active development, so all the bugs may not have been worked out. Right click on the icon for the call sign you wish to message. A window will open and you select the "send message" option with a left click. The rest is simple.

Nr. 1...The author does not reply.

2. OK on right click the call sign, , I in some incidents wish to send a APRS message to one not on the MAP, any ideas how one does that?, it use to come up but not now or I missed it in the info.

OK I got it working go to view, last heard and press and the window comes up to send, receive etc.
