SDRTrunk Pipe Error with new Hardware

I was a successful user of SDRTrunk utilizing 2 rtl-sdr v3 dongles in the past; however, I recently upgraded my motherboard, CPU and Windows (11). Now when I try to start a channel in SDRTrunk I receive a "no tuner available message". Attempting to change the sample rate results in a USB Error 9: Pipe Error. In searching here and other threads, this appears to be a USB issue. I've reinstalled the drivers per the rtl-sdr tutorial (using Zadig). The dongles work using other software, for example SDR#. It seams that SDRTrunk can see the dongles but not control them.

To-date I've tried:
-trying different dongles (I have 3)
-trying different USB ports on the motherboard
-uninstalling/reinstalling the drivers using Zadig
-using previous versions of SDRTrunk
-changing compatibility settings in the Bios.

Has anyone had a similar issue that may be able to provide additional troubleshooting tips?
