Blue Ocean Radio 6935kHz 0600-0635utc claiming his BC from Norcal. Strong signal but fades make me think maybe the Oregon/Ca border region. Humboldt County type feel with the neat Bluegrass music.

ridge, I don't think BOR claims Norcal as his location, I think he says "West coast of North America".

Yeah, BOR is a pretty regular station, would have to look in the log to see when I first heard them, but I know they have been on the air for more than a year.
