The actual enforcement was done by Linden PD and the Municipal government:

FCC hasn't had a hand in the action yet, but I suppose it remains a possibility they will follow up.

If I were 101.5 FM I would go right to the FCC. The FCC closely monitors all radio stations so I geuss the radio stations have pretty good access to the FCC

101.5 went to the FCC. They were told that it would take 2 weeks to respond and get started with an investigation. Station manager Eric Johnson and the station engineer found the stations location while it was on the air. They went to linden authorities who used the land use ordinance and building codes. However I agree with an earlier post.... that's hardly a radio tower.
