Great Site! Need some help with PL tones. Do I understand correctly that lets say a department has a PL of 179.9 and I add it to that channel that I will only hear that station? Ok and If I do that and there are other departments in the area that use the same PL tone 179.9 will I hear them even if I dont want to. How do I lock in on a department I guess is the question. Towns intrested in are Ashford FD, Eastford FD, Willington FD and maybe a few others. Thanks and any help would be great.
