Pleasant Prairie PD dispatch

I have not heard Pleasant Prairie PD being dispatched on their frequency of 154.875 PL 97.4 for awhile. I was wondering if they were being dispatch by the city of county of Kenosha? Do they have a specific unit ID that can be followed if being dispatched by another agency? Have they abandoned this frequency or will this be used for other purposes?

Listening to PPPD on that freq and pl right now - sounds normal. They still dispatch themselves.
