Pleasanton PD Encrypted

It appears that Pleasanton PD has joined Livermore PD (encrypted 2/21) and has gone encrypted as of yesterday (12/7). The Livermore/Pleasanton Police/Fire feed will now sadly only provide ALCO fire dispatch for LPFD.
