Reminds me of a situation in Detroit captured by one of the Google cars.

Brinker & Grixdale, there's a guy in blue shorts holding some sort of long gun, pointed it at the camera car.

I'm so glad that happened in detroit and not Mississippi. Cuz that's the kinda thing you'd expect to see down here.

It could have been the utility company.

Where I live the water meters and electrical meters transmit a signal to a passing vehicle and that is how they figure out your usage.
