i am new to the scanner world and just wondering if there is any one in the kingston ontario area that could help me with programing and understanding talkgroups thanks

You wont hear much with that.. Ambulance and Fire are still analog around Kingston but not much else.

OPP are P25, Kingston PS are P25 Encrypted, the jails up there are P25 etc

I listen to Jefferson county sherriff from kingston, also with a good air antenna you can pick up the air to air refueling tract in north eastern u.s.a....

I'm trying to get Kingston ems and don't no how to add trunking channels in my uniden bct8 can someone help
