SDS100/SDS200: Please identify!

Anyone have any idea what this refers to? First time coming up on Sentinel while updating my SDS100

I cannot upload the picture I want. This is what I get when trying to update:
Here goes:

Updating unit failed.
Operation canceled.
The remote name could not be resolved: ftp.homepatrol.com

Some ISP’s block FTP.

Try later, I get that once in a while trying to update.

Try opening the "Command Prompt" and typing --- ftp ftp.homepatrol.com and then hit the Enter key and see if it
shows that you can connect to the server...

As in my case it shows... Just click on the picture... You will see it shows connected...

If you are getting “name not resolved”, then it’s a DNS problem, not FTP. That could be a temporary issue with your ISP. You can try changing your DNS servers to see if that helps.

To flush your local DNS cache in Windows : In the Command Prompt type ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter.
