Motorola APX Next, Harris XL series, a lot of the higher tier LMR radios will support push to talk over cellular/wifi.

There are a number of companies selling cheap Chinese PTToC "radios", also.

Kind of getting more and more popular over the last few years. Either PTT over cellular only, or using it to reinforce the coverage of traditional LMR systems.
