POLICE STAND OFF - Walt Whitman Bridge

NBC10 News reporting a stand off on the Walt Whitman bridge in Philadelphia:

Authorities say a man armed with a gun and a bat has a woman and a baby with him in a white SUV on the Walt Whitman Bridge.

Motorist on the bridge were asked to evacuate and leave vehicles both lanes shut down!!

AVOID AREA AT ALL COST!!

This is going on NOW at 5:40PM Thursday evening....

Could you tell me which system you heard this on? Just curious because I only heard tidbits on NJSP TrpA, and I didn't catch anything on CamCo PD freqs. Thanks.
