Didn't hear any fires get toned out, and don't see anything on the forums regarding such. Unless you are seeing/smelling smoke and/or see actual aerial firefighting operations, there's obviously other reasons that helicopters fly. Could be anything from logging, to PG&E, to National Guard training. Who knows. May even be a rescue or training in the river or Slab Creek. All you can do is try and see what the helicopter is, and tune in accordingly.
