Portland police/fire TRS

Hi I will be visiting Portland on friday and I am confused on which site to put in. I will be around downtown mostly. Also what are the main dispatch talkgroups for the police and fire. could some one help me. I looked at the page with the radio system info.
Maybe make me a list.

Just put the simulcast site in your scanner. All the other sites are intellirepeaters and only used when needed and you will hear them on the simulcast site.
