Possible 2nd New Braunfels LCRA Simulcast site

I went today to the dead end of Goodwin Lane outside New Braunfels where there is a Power Substation with alot of housing and planned parks coming up in that immediate area. I saw a telecom structure with a propane tank that is common for LCRA Radio housing inside the substation and wondering if anyone knows if they are going to erect a tower as a possible New Braunfels Simulcast site. The curvature of the earth is lower there for and would make sense to have this extra P25 tower coverage along with there LTE systems. I passed a LCRA Radio Tech on the way there. The closest tower to here is Zorn tower that serves as a San Marcos Simulcast Tower

I doubt this LCRA tower site. It could be the GATRRS tower for Comal County. NBU is working with Comal County and GATRRS.
NBU is using the GATRRS systems and on the Comal County simulcast.

There a hill at the TA that blocks the New Braunfels tower to the lower curvature of the earth to this area

My Smartphone Has a good camera and saw a propane truck on way there to fill up the propane tank for the back up generator
