Considering that I make $13.00 an hour working at DGX as an keyholder, with another raise possibly soon, as I might be an ASM in near future... Yeah... But then you factor in COL... $13.00 an hour is barely making it. Barely.

Right now, you can make almost $15 working fast food around where I am. Up there where there's a great deal of tourist dollars, and being that a buddy of mine runs a multistate security company from Sevier County, 13 is... not really competitive for that market even without a state income tax. But a 12 pack of soda is almost 1.50 a can right now, so it's all a wash.
