One possibly 2 hostages being held at 3 Gateway Center, Pittsburgh. Fort Pitt tunnels closed, all policeman called to scene, swat teams in place. Police negotiators talking to gunman. 16th floor, 3rd party negotiato for Plumbers union being held hostage

Fort Pitt tunnel not closed in Pittsburgh, only one exit into town from the tunnel is closed. Hostage taker wants food & money. CW Brightman is the company involved, owner of company being held hostage.
