Possible new Delaware Freqs.

I noticed tonight that there is a list of freqs. in the 820 range under Kent County FCC listings at the bottom of the page could these be the new Freqs for Kent Co. in Delaware?

These are most likely repeater inputs. If you check the top of the FCC results page when searching you should see 821-824/866-869
