My SDS200 began missing a word sometimes several. I took the SD card cleared user data in Sentinel and wrote my favorites list back to it now, everything works fine. Anyone else have a problem like this with an SD card? Thanks! :)

I did, I had another one programmed so I put in in and it was fine so I decided to try formatting and re-programming the other card and so far it's working fine.

I have learned that sd cards are very finnicky, and the symptoms of a bad card are weird and unpredictable. My personal rule of thumb is that when I am experiencing very strange and sporadic problems I replace the card. I learned this the hard way a couple of times.

I have a couple of those. They seem to work just fine. I'm not sure what "industrial" means, though. There's "industrial," "high performance," "pro endurance" and others and I have to assume they're a little better that the usual off-the-shelf stuff.

It's a known problem from the 436/536 scanners that when the SD cards fill ups the scanner slows down and as SDS scanners are extremly dependent of software do decode audio it could begin to stutter. If it can't properly read and write to the SD card it could take too much resources when it keeps retrying.
