Pro197/106 Post 2 locks on a freq all towers for 15-20 secs before it starts to scan with a digital noise when I try to setup my feed without the feed I can not hear the noise but it still locks on.. Uniden set it it to digital only and it takes care of it, any setting on the RS? Post 1 or 16 does not do this Just Post 2.
