Post Encryption Hennepin County

Some non encrypted Law enforcement I have found for Hennepin Dispatched cities:
Minnetonka PD2 and City talkgroups
Medina C2C limited use also using C2CE
Orono C2C
St. Anthony C2C
Three Rivers Parks C2C
Maple Grove - 800mHz Analog City Channel.
HCSO2 has been mixed mode but should be moving to full enc.

Minnetonka Police 2 will be going E soon... City 1-4 should stay in the clear.

Any idea what they are waiting for- they have had encrypted talkgroups for quite a few years and used encryption before ARMER, I expected them to go Encrypted car to car when they moved to Hennepin dispatch.

St Louis park Police appears encrypted on police radio back to dispatch only.

St. Louis Park police main is encrypted for mobiles and portables with Dispatch clear. Car to Car and Common are full encrypted last I checked. I heard that a neighboring dispatch center had an issue with not being able to monitor the main for interoperability- so the work around may be what we are now seeing. Not certain for sure which dispatch it was but the neighboring dispatches are Hennepin, Edina, and Minneapolis. I doubt it is with Hennepin since they are an encrypted dispatch center, I know Edina has some encryption in use on car to car , and not certain on what encryption access Minneapolis dispatch has.
