Potter County P25 TRS

I see that Potter County has applied to the FCC, to implement an 11-site P25 Phase II TRS. Does anyone know what vendor has been chosen for this new project? More information is available from the FCC:

I am fascinated by this. Potter County was always one of the most difficult counties for the state system to achieve it's 95% coverage per county.

Now, as the state moves to a VHF/800 hybrid P2 TRS, the county moves off VHF toward full 800MHz. Why not partner with the state on VHF?

Pennsylvania has roughly 7 high profile tower sites in the county and 49 or so low profile fill in cell sites...and that was to achieve the 95% coverage minimum for mobiles. My numbers are estimated because I am working off a map that is old and very tiny on my phone.

I'm very surprised they are going 800mhz.

So from what I have heard, there are no plans to immediately jump over to the 800, if they do so at all.
