My son just got his 396xt today and we wanted to check out the pre loaded systems(45 for WVIRP for WV),am I right that turning on the scanner then hitting the ./no key then the number should work? Tried that but it doesn't show up,we haven't programmed frequencies in yet. Is this the correct procedure or am I missing something?
