I want to make a file so I can just upload when I want to go racing. The problem I'm having is i don't know how to import freq so I don't have to copy and paste everything over to the file. I have excel on my computer. Any help would be great.

The best answer is invest in ARC500 (my favorite), Win500, or Psredit500. You can import CSV files or paste files from a spreadsheet in ARC500. Since your V-Scan files are probably outdated, you can even store your race file in a folder on the scanner for access away from your computer.
