I was playing with signal stalker...now I can't get it to turn off while scanning.
How do I turn it off via the keypad?

The same way you turned it on. It toggles on & off.

That's just it...I can't remember the keys I used to turn it on. The manual is very vague, or I'm getting old.

Can you have the stalker on WHILE scanning already programmed frequencies? When i click the stalker it automatically goes into... what is like search...

That's true if it's the Dedicated Signal Stalker - then you could just hit Scan and be back to normal scanning. However, if you created a STLK object (page 59 of the online user's manual), you would have to find which system it was in and turn it off (or delete your object, or lock it out, or something!).

Yes, create a stlk object and assign it to a scan list just make sure you know the object number so it can be locked out if you do not want to signal stalk while scanning that list.
