Yea it sure is. I had the 106 for a month now and I still don't know if I am programing it correct!

If you have the correct cable and programming software, you should be able to import from RR to the software. Then upload it to the scanner. If you have a Win500 file, attach it here on RR and we can look and see if you have it correct. Another place for you and ion_op to ask is the New Jersey forum. I am sure that there is someone nearby either of you to give assistance
