Pro-106 out of storage since 2018 is it still usable in today’s world?? If so what?? I would like to listen to Coweta,ok fire and police and Wagnor county sherrif…

Coweta fire and police are P25 Phase 1, the Wagoner county sheriff is P25 Phase 2, which the pro-106 isn't capable of.

What do you recommend for a scanner to use today??

Tulsa County appears to be all P25 Phase 1, Tulsa PD is encrypted, Tulsa SO has one encrypted dispatch channel and two non-encrypted dispatch channels. Most everything else is in the clear. So the 106 should work ok for you since I don't see any simulcast towers locally.
