Pro 164 and WIN 97 software with Trunked system?

I live in Lee County, FL and am trying to receive only the Sheriff's dept. frequencies, not EMS, Fire, etc. I have programmed all the frequencies in to the 164 and entered the decimal numbers in to the Channels List hoping if I had Closed checked it would only receive those channels but it still receives all transmissions. Next I entered all decimal numbers and locked each out, same problem, receiving everything. Anybody have a clue what I am missing? I live in Ft. Myers, FL. Any help would be appreciated.

Are you sure it's set for trunking properly and not just scanning the frequencies.
Check out the p97 file I made up it only has the Sheriff's Dept, it does have Ft Myers PD in sub bank 2 but it is turned off. The bank is closed.
This should work correctly.

I have the following settings, Closed checked, Type: MOT, MOT 800 mhz Normal button, under the RX mode I have FM after trying MOT, MOT received nothing just scanned? As you can tell, I am new to the scanning community.
