Pro 164 tuning problem

I finally got my Pro 164 to track EDACS. I had to add .025 Mhz to all the channels. This appears to only be a problem in the 800 Mhz band. I used WIN97 to program the scanner. Anybody know of a fine tuning setting I might have accidently adjusted?

Are you trying to program in LCN 3 as 852.31250 but can not get it to work? What frequency are you programing into the scanner?

For example, the current control channel for Owensboro KY is LCN 07 853..8375. I had to program 853.8625 for the scanner to hear the data clearly and decode the system. I adjusted all channels up .025, and now it works??????
