i have the arc butel software could someone please TELL ME HOW to program this scanner i think it was easier to program a 396..please help i am ready to shoot this thing ...i have the arc butel 500 software did i atleast buy the right software ...i turn the scanner on i hit program and well it doesnt do a DAMN thing been trying for the last 6 hours to program this thing

I never could get the butel software to work right for me...so i uninstalled and downloaded PSREdit 500 And now life is great!..... I guess you can say, PSREdit 500 is sooo easy to use, a idiot like me can do it! LOL

The program button is only used for manual programming but its easier to use ARC500 instead for setting up the scanner.
