Pro-2004 question

so i just got a Pro 2004 and it has a Beep beep beep wile it activates with a transmissions ITS NOT THE BATT BEEP almost like an internal clock beep i have no clue how to post a vid since even my pics are to big to post so........... the beep is maybe 1/2 second or so i would guess
any clue on what this might be? i dont think its a mod or anything as i dont know of any such mod and why would there be a beep mod anyways

also what would cause search to be ummm .05 mhz off?? should be 99.5 but it comes in on 99.45
