Hey I was wondering where anyone can get the firmware updates for this scanner, because they are no longer on radio shacks web site.

It's still on RadioShack's web site...

• Visit RadioShack's site.
• Enter "pro-2096" (without the quotes) in the search box at the top, making sure "Entire site" is selected.
• Click "GO"
• In the results, the left-hand side of the window will (should) have an entry for "Software Downloads". Click that link.
• The most recent "firmware" is version 1.4 of the DSP code, dated 2007-02-20.
