Is anyone interested in programming my new Pro 396 for me? I'll be glad to pay. I've had many scanners over the years but for some reason, this one has me stumped. Right now, iI'm only interested in getting the Cobb system put on it - until other APCO25s come along.

Are you talking about a Uniden 396T Digital Scanner
