Pro 433 Or??????????

Is the pro 433 a good purchase or should i buy something else?????
I plan on scanning local fire, police and Ems the reason for the trunking is for the South carolina Highway patrol they are on the palmetto 800 plus it has the weather alert..

Any advice on this model or another one?

This is a question best posted in the SC forum - however just looking at the Palmetto entry in our db...

there seems to be a mix of both digital and analog talkgroups; the digital stuff the 433 won't handle. Looks like a digital trunktracker would be needed - however the SC folks are better qualified in their area to answer this more definitivly 73 Mike
