I am trying to educate myself on the settings. In the trunking tables it says "standard" and "auto fill" what is the difference and what should it be if there is a right or wrong answer here.

99.9% of the time on a P25 system, you'll use auto fill. That will pick up the trunking tables from the information on the control channel. The "standard" mode just uses the common tables that Motorola tends to use on 800/700 MHz systems.
