Yes and no. It will default to 155.775 or 155.770. Yes you will hear it. No, it won't sound the same as if it were on frequency. Not that much of a difference to most ears
The difference will be if they have made a change to the system/repeater and the radios are narrowbanded. Then the audio won't be as loud.
